Position Description:

We are looking for seasoned sales professionals who are able to generate qualified consumer referrals that are experiencing financial hardship. Qualified referrals are uncovered by conducting needs assessment and budget analysis to pre-qualify. Provide DMB Financial with consumer referrals who qualify for debt settlement services, develop customer referral network for continued referral opportunities and sales call prospecting.

Position Qualifications

  • 2+ years direct experience with outside sales (a proficiency in Financial Services is preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to generate qualified leads
  • Ability to understand business work flows and sales processes
  • Ability to translate complicated financial service offerings to match consumers needs
  • Experience in new business development

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred
  • (Alternatively), Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Sales, or other related field

Other Requirements

  • U.S. Work Authorization required;
  • High degree of initiative and proactive approach;
  • Ability to quickly assess consumer issues and formulate solutions

Compensation and Benefits

  • Unlimited earning potential
  • $300 for each referral that is successfully enrolled in the Company’s debt settlement program
